I travel to many places in Canada, Newfoundland, the Yukon, Ontario... but the Pacific Northwest of Canada holds a special place in my heart.
I have only lived in two places in Canada, and I was lucky enough to call this photographers playground home for many years.
British Columbia is a province located on the very west coast of Canada. It is where glaciated mountains stand over the unruly Pacific Ocean. Where Rain forests wrap around cities. Nature shapes and defines culture, and the unbridled wild stretches beyond your wildest imagination.
On my workshops here in British Columbia we will step into the land of the “Group of Seven” painters and capture the essence of the Pacific Northwest. This area has inspired renowned artists and artisans for centuries, artists and artisans who honour the magic of this land who have brought it into the physical realm.
Add together this history, the magic that this land will intoxicate your minds with, and the perfect climate, its sure to prove to you, as it always does with me, why British Columbia has summoned outdoor enthusiasts and photographers from all corners of the Earth.
It is a photographers playground, and I enjoy taking groups on workshops for landscapes, seascapes and some of Canada's most desirable wildlife that photographers want in their portfolio.
