Northern Lights Photographs

There are two Aurora seasons when you can join a photo workshop to capture the lights in the night skies. There's the autumn season when the land and lakes are still warm, and the fall colors still paint the ground and forests in a palate of crimson reds, oranges, and yellow. There is also the winter season when the lakes are frozen and the mountains and ground are covered in a cleansing coat of white snow. While I enjoy both seasons, the autumn season is my favorite.

Below you will see a sample of my favorite northern lights images from the Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Iceland.
