Happy Thanksgiving to my friends in the USA... Happy Friday to the rest of you. :-)
Today I wanted to highlight my available spots on some of my workshops in Canada and around the world in 2018.
Below you will find a list of workshops with some availability. Hopefully you will find your next photography vacation with me on my blog today.
Yukon Wildlife and Aurora Photography Workshop
Dates: January 21, 2018 to January 26, 2018
Instructor: Kevin A. Pepper
Details: Calling all photographers that have always wanted to photograph some of Canada's most exotic wildlife species and photograph the northern lights in one of the best locations in the world to capture amazing wildlife and the Aurora.
I am referring to the Yukon. It is here where you will close your eyes and breathe in crisp Yukon air. Smell spruce sap and the earthy scent of tundra, and listen for the excited howls of husky sled dogs. But the real magic happens when you open your eyes and drink in Yukon landscapes under dancing aurora borealis.

The Viking Trail and Iceberg Alley
Workshop - June 5 to June 12, 2018
Instructors: Kevin Pepper
Introduction: Have you ever wanted to stay in your very own lighthouse? This trip will have you waking up in our very own private lighthouse inn to the smell of a home cooked breakfast as you look out across the north atlantic ocean at the entrance to Iceberg Alley.
Do icebergs captivate you? Imagine an up close and personal viewing of some of the largest tabular and cathedral icebergs at the entrance to the world famous iceberg alley.
This is the perfect trip for the photographer that loves photographing by the ocean in and around old abandoned fishing villages, icebergs, and lighthouses, with a backdrop of stunning golden hour... and we can't forget the Humpback whales that are migrating north as the icebergs are travelling south.

Mongolia Photography Workshop

We have created a workshop that introduces you to ancient Mongolian cultures. Together we will travel through Mongolia to see first-hand the thousand year old art of eagle falconry on horseback, witness the Naadam Festival, which has origins back to the 17th century, and then travel north to see reindeer herders that only exist in remote pockets of the world and most people only ever read about in magazines or history books.

Clowns of the Sea - Puffins! Breaching Humpbacks! Stunning Icebergs!
Dates: July 29, 2018 to August 4, 2018
Instructor: Jeff Wendorff and Kevin Pepper
Newfoundland is an astonishingly wild and beautiful island in the North Atlantic. Newfoundland provides the nature and wildlife photographer a great trifecta of targets: birds, whales, and icebergs!
Newfoundland (new-fund-land) is a nature photographers dream. There are 35 million shorebirds (140 times the human population) and 22 species of whales including the largest population of Humpback Whales in the world to keep your camera clicking. The last of Newfoundlands photography trifecta is the icebergs. Newfoundland’s Iceberg Alley is the best place on earth to photograph the beautiful 10,000-year-old ice.

Caribou Migration Photo Workshop in Canada
Dates: September 5 to September 12, 2018
Instructor: Marc Muench and Kevin Pepper
Come and photograph one of the largest Caribou migrations in North America, the 250,000 strong Quamirjuaq caribou herd. For thousands of years this herd has migrated across the Barrens west of Hudson Bay. From late August onwards, throughout the autumn, the caribou are spread out over the tundra of south western Nunavut in one of the most remote places in the world that very few get to visit each year. Together we will experience the reward of autumn colours of the tundra – crimson reds, vibrant yellows and shimmering oranges as a backdrop to caribou with full racks that can, at times, walk within meters of you.
